Hayto Home Music School (HHMS) provides tutor introduction and administrative services for private music and academic tuition and directly operates RockJam workshops.

We aim to provide clear information about how our services operate and the responsibilities of HHMS, clients and tutors.

Our policies and procedures support safe, fair and professional working practices across our private tuition services and RockJam workshops.

Safeguarding & Data Protection

Safeguarding is a priority at HHMS. We operate safer recruitment procedures for tutors working with children and have safeguarding policies and reporting procedures in place to help protect children and young people.

Parents, students, tutors and staff are encouraged to report any safeguarding concerns promptly so that appropriate action can be taken.

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection legislation.

We’ve had a great experience with Hayto Home Music School over the last 7 years. Our oldest son started learning guitar when he was 5.5y and James and Marta at HHMS found us a lovely and very patient teacher. So good that he continued to teach him for the next 7 years! Our youngest son later wanted singing lessons and HHMS again came through. Our first assigned teacher didn’t work out so well and HHMS were very understanding and quickly found an alternative teacher who was a perfect match for our son. I’ve also recommended HHMS to friends and all have been very happy with them and their service. Their booking system is easy to use and their communication is clear and easy. Definitely recommend!

A great way to get kids interested in music and to keep up with practice (especially when the parents play no instruments!). Our 3 kids do piano, violin, and guitar. The teachers are all absolutely brilliant, really supportive and generous, so flexible, and they fill the house with music.
